Photo Cleaner+Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Premium Apps+ (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you use the Photo Cleaner+ iOS app (the “App”) and this website. We built the App to work on your device as much as possible, so we collect very little.
1. Who we are
The data controller is Premium Apps+. You can reach us at support@pmapps.online.
2. Information processed only on your device
Photos and videos
With your permission, the App reads your photo library to find duplicates, similar photos, blurry photos, screenshots, photos containing text and large videos. This analysis uses Apple's on-device frameworks. Your photos and videos, and any information derived from them, never leave your device and are never sent to our servers.
Contacts
If you use the contacts features, the App reads your contacts with your permission to find duplicates and help you tidy them. Your contacts are processed only on your device and are never uploaded.
You can withdraw photo or contacts access at any time in the iPhone Settings app under Privacy & Security.
3. Information we collect

We do not collect your name, phone number, Apple ID or payment details. All payments are processed by Apple, and we never see your card information.
4. What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not show ads.
- We do not upload, view or store your photos, videos or contacts.
5. Third-party services
We use a small number of trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Google Firebase (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC): Authentication (anonymous user ID), Realtime Database (stores the anonymous user ID and IP address on servers in the EU) and Google Analytics for Firebase. See Firebase privacy information.
- ipify (api.ipify.org): a public service the App calls to determine your device's public IP address. As with any internet request, ipify receives your IP address.
- Apple: App Store purchases and subscriptions. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers, including Google, may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Where this happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Data retention
- The anonymous user ID and IP address are kept for as long as you use the App, or until you ask us to delete them.
- Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months and then deleted automatically by Google Analytics.
- Support emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards.
8. Data security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with providers that use industry-standard security. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the data we process.
9. Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA, the UK or another region with similar laws, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- object to or restrict processing based on our legitimate interests;
- receive your data in a portable format.
Because we don't know who you are, please include your anonymous user ID if possible, or describe your device and when you used the App, so we can find your data. Email support@pmapps.online and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
Deleting the App removes all data stored on your device. Photos you deleted with the App stay in the “Recently Deleted” album of the Photos app for up to 30 days.
10. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be announced in the App or on this website.
