These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Photo Cleaner+ iOS app (the “App”), provided by Premium Apps+ (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The App

Photo Cleaner+ helps you free up storage on your iPhone by finding duplicate, similar and blurry photos, screenshots, photos containing text, large videos and duplicate contacts, and by letting you remove the items you select. Analysis runs on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Using the App

Eligibility. You must be at least 13 years old, and if you are under the age of majority in your country, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
Personal use. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in line with these Terms and Apple's App Store rules.
Fair use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or distribute the App, or use it in a way that breaks the law or harms others.

3. Deleting content: your responsibility

The App suggests photos, videos and contacts that you might want to remove, but you decide what is deleted. Please review your selection before you confirm. Deleted photos and videos are moved to the “Recently Deleted” album in the Photos app, where iOS keeps them for up to 30 days. After that, or if you empty that album, they cannot be recovered. We recommend keeping a backup, for example in iCloud Photos, and we are not responsible for content you choose to delete.

Contacts you delete are removed from your address book straight away and cannot be restored from within the App. When you compress a video, the App saves a smaller copy and moves the original to “Recently Deleted”.

4. Premium, subscriptions and lifetime purchases

The App is free to download. Some features require Premium, which is offered as:

Auto-renewing subscriptions (for example weekly or yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price and for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
Free trials. If a free trial is offered, it converts automatically into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Lifetime access. A one-time, non-recurring purchase that unlocks Premium for as long as we offer and support the App.

Prices are shown in the App before you buy and may vary by country. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in the iPhone Settings app → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its own policies; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. You can restore previous purchases on a new device using “Restore Purchases” in the App.

5. Intellectual property

The App, its design, code, text, graphics and logos are owned by Premium Apps+ or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not give you any rights to our trademarks or content beyond the licence in section 2. Your photos, videos and contacts remain yours. We don't claim any rights to them.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we process and why. By using the App, you acknowledge that policy.

7. Changes and availability

We may update, change or remove features of the App, and we may update these Terms. If we make important changes, we will let you know in the App or on this website. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to make it accurate and reliable, but we cannot guarantee that it will always find every duplicate or unwanted item, that it will be free of errors, or that it will free a specific amount of storage. Nothing in these Terms affects the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Premium Apps+ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, photos or content resulting from deletions you confirm in the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Apple

These Terms are between you and Premium Apps+, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and if it conflicts with these Terms, these Terms prevail to the extent permitted. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where Premium Apps+ is established. This does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, including any right to bring a claim there.
